Federation of Master Builders select Fern Court development as Regional Winner in its category - Thursday 23 August 2007

Federation of Master Builders Competition – Commercial Category - New build or refurbishment of a commercial building costing less than £3 million.

On the same day as GCSE Results were announced and we felt our pride was already bursting, a call came from Frances Shaw, Regional Executive of North West Federation of Master Builders announcing Fern Court as the Regional Winner in the Commercial Category. Craig Meadows & Craig Nadin of Craig Meadows Building Contractors are over the moon at receiving such a high accolade for the North of England.

The number and quality of all the entries was very high making the judges’ job extremely difficult, but there was a unanimous agreement on the selected winner.

A National Award Ceremony will be held on Thursday, 8 November at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London we are invited as guests of the FMB along with Craig Meadows Building Contractors.  Sarah Beeny of Channel 4’s Property Ladder will present the awards.

We are also soon to be invited to a Regional Presentation luncheon.
